I’ve been a member of the Panic gym for 4 years now. To me it’s a safe, friendly environment where everyone works on their own goals. Mine being to build strength & maintain it - needed as you get older.

I love that the workouts are tailored to suit everyone and I’ve never felt pressurised, only encouraged which is good with the limitations of dodgy knees.
